Recipe of the month
Nausea Relief
5 drops Sweet Orange
5 drops Ginger
5 drops Spearmint
Add the essential oils in a small bowl mix and then soak the wick or cotton ball in the oil.
Once the oils have been absorbed, place the wick into the inhaler and seal. If using a cotton ball, place it into a small jar and seal.
Label the jar and the inhaler.
Use as needed.
Adjust drops if needed
