So I just finished Lesson 3, I have now learned about monoterpenes, monoterpenols, sesquiterpenes, sesquiterpenols. Possible drug interactions, to always we aware of who the person is that I’m gonna be blending for, to not take these oils for granted and be careless with them. I have made body butters, bug sprays, bath salts, salves, oils, inhalers, steam blends etc. I love thinking about what the blends need, what oils to put, why this oil rather than that oil.
Now alongside starting Lesson 4 and going forward I’m gonna be starting my case studies. I need five people and I need to make four blends for each of them, I’m gonna need to find what it is that would benefit each one of them, what method to use etc. It for sure is gonna make me have to think outside the box, not just rely on the same familiar oils.
I’m excited to see if all or any of the blends will be beneficial to the people I’m gonna be working with.
