Nausea Relief

5 drops Sweet Orange
5 drops Ginger
5 drops Spearmint


Add the essential oils in a small bowl mix and then soak the wick or cotton ball in the oil.

Once the oils have been absorbed, place the wick into the inhaler and seal. If using a cotton ball, place it into a small jar and seal.

Label the jar and the inhaler.

Use as needed.

Allergies/Sinus

5 drops Ravintsara
5 drops Tea Tree
5 drops Cypress

Add drops into a small bowl, soak the inhaler wick or cotton ball in the oil.
Place wick into the inhaler and close, and if using a cotton ball place it into a small jar, and seal.
Inhale 2-3 times into each nostril.
Use as needed when allergies flare up. This blend is also very good for a sinus congestion.

Focus/Clarity

5 drops Frankincense
5 drops Rosemary
5 drops Sweet Orange

Add drops into a small bowl, soak the inhaler wick or cotton ball in the oil.
Place wick into the inhaler and close, and if using a cotton ball place it into a small jar, and seal.
Inhale 2-3 times into each nostril.

Use as needed when you need a bit of boost of focus.

Pain and Tension

10 ml Amber glass roller bottle
Fractionated coconut oil, or other carrier oil
4 dops Frankincense Carterii
3 drops Siberian Fir
2 drops Rosemary*
3 drops Spike Lavender*

Add essential oils into glass bottle then add the carrier oil, make sure to leave room for the rollerball.
Secure the top and gently mix the oils together.

Use on tight or painful areas, keep away from sensitive areas including face.

*Don't use this essential oil during pregnancy.

Stress

4 drops Frankincense Carteri
4 drops Mandarin Green
2 drops Ho Wood

Add to a diffuser, run for 1 hour at a time, rest it for an hour, run again. Do this until you feel the stress reducing.
If you have pets make sure they are able to leave the room for they are very sensitive to the oils.

*Do not let diffusers run all day
